We are a family business
In the early 60s, Jan van Drie senior bought his first calf from a dairy farmer. Jan's activities grew into the VanDrie Group. Today, we take responsibility for an entire chain comprising 29 companies. Our identity is shaped by people of countless nationalities, backgrounds, and cultures who work closely together every day. We are practical and down-to-earth, encourage each other to be entrepreneurial and collegial, and take responsibility for our impact on people, animals, and the climate.
Working with integrity and treating people and animals with respect is an absolute requirement in everything we do.
The VanDrie Group is globally oriented but operates locally – with companies in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, and Germany. We produce veal and beef, animal feed, dairy ingredients, and calfskins. We also trade in dairy products for industrial use and support dairy farmers in raising their calves.
